Where the information comes from
Allergen tags and calorie figures on a Qaema menu are entered or confirmed by the venue. Values suggested by an AI agent are marked as estimates until the venue confirms them.
What the filters mean
An exclusion filter uses allergen information the venue has explicitly reviewed for completeness and excludes both ingredient and cross-contact warnings. A matching item is not a guarantee of kitchen safety. "May contain" reflects the venue's cross-contact statement. "Unknown" means the venue has not provided the information for that item.
Please confirm with staff
Kitchens change suppliers and recipes. If you have a severe allergy, confirm with the venue before ordering. Qaema does not independently verify kitchen ingredients or cross-contact conditions. These statements do not remove rights or liabilities that cannot be excluded by law.
