About these terms
Qaema is a product operated by dzzz.ai. These terms cover the website and the Qaema services enabled for your account. Operator details appear below; unfilled fields are marked as pending. You must have authority to use the service and act for the business you register.
Accounts and authorised users
Provide accurate account and business information, keep credentials confidential and manage your team permissions. You are responsible for actions you or your authorised staff and connected agents take. Tell us if you suspect unauthorised access. Do not access another business’s data, bypass security, upload unlawful content or misuse the service.
The service and its limits
Qaema provides digital menus and the business tools included in your selected plan. Features depend on your plan, configuration and availability. A demo, pilot or practice feature does not establish readiness for live payments, device operation or regulatory reporting. Paid setup and physical products are not currently offered.
Restaurant products, preparation, delivery, prices, allergen information and customer-order refunds are the venue’s responsibility. Qaema subscription payments are separate from payments for a restaurant order. Finance handoff helps organise records for an accountant; it does not file VAT returns or replace professional accounting advice.
Annual subscriptions and payments
Paid self-service plans are purchased for a year with a one-time payment. The checkout shows the plan, annual amount, applicable tax and total before payment. Paid access activates after payment is verified. Keep the payment reference if activation does not complete.
Renewal is manual: we do not automatically charge a saved card. Renewing the same active plan extends the paid period; upgrades start a new annual period as shown in Billing. If you do not renew, paid access ends at the date shown in Billing, subject to any existing grace period, and the account returns to Free. A trial is subject to the eligibility and duration shown when offered.
Your content and connected services
You retain ownership of content you provide and permit Qaema to host, process and display it as needed to provide the service. You must have permission to publish images and other content and must verify prices, tax status, calories and allergen details before publishing.
Connected AI agents act within the permissions you grant. Review their changes and revoke access when no longer needed. Some edits can be undone; payments, published external actions and other irreversible operations cannot always be reversed. External payment, messaging and delivery services are also subject to their own terms.
Privacy and confidentiality
Our Privacy policy describes the data we process, the purposes, recipients, retention and how to exercise your rights. Venue owners must provide any notices and permissions required for the customer and staff data they enter. Do not share credentials, private customer information or financial evidence publicly.
Cancellation, refunds and closing an account
Subscription payments are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law. No refunds or credits are offered for a change of mind, cancellation or unused subscription time.
Not renewing stops future paid periods. See Returns, refunds & cancellation for billing mistakes and applicable rights. Export records you need before requesting closure. Required financial or legal records may need to be retained.
Availability, changes and suspension
We may need to interrupt service for maintenance, security or provider incidents. We do not promise uninterrupted operation. Material changes to paid services or these terms will be communicated through the website, account or the contact details you provide, as required.
We may restrict access to address unlawful use, security threats or material breaches, with notice where appropriate or required. No term removes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Applicable mandatory rights take precedence over conflicting wording here.
Questions and disputes
Use the operator email in the policy enquiries section below and include the relevant account and transaction reference. We aim to resolve concerns through support first; this does not restrict access to a competent authority or court or any mandatory rights under applicable Saudi law.
